HR Manager

This candidate offers your company more than 15 years-experiences in Human Resource Management. His experience includes but not limited to, manpower – labour costs planning, recruitment and selection, advising line management on all labour related matters, policy analysis, review rewriting and implementation, ensuring compliance and adherence to labour laws, policies and procedure, management of discipline including chairing disciplinary cases and representing the company at CCMA/Bargaining Councils, job evaluation, the planning of training, budgeting, Managing EHS, Talent management, Performance Management, Managing Payroll and Benefits, Management of BBBEE and monitoring of training plans:
WSP, OD and EE/AA related planning, implementation and monitoring.

• Head of Human Resources
• Represent the HR department consistently and with professionalism at EXCO and BOARD
• Translate key data into an effective and focused HR/People strategy, working with senior
management and influential in getting the best course of action
• Provide company-wide information by interpreting people data and analysing figures on
staff turnover, cost per hire etc.
• Give counsel and oversee complex HR / ER issues (IR, ER, BBBEE, EE and Transformations)
• Compiling and implementation of HR policies
• Update and review HR policies, procedures and guidelines and enforce organisation values
• Champion a performance culture and continuously review productivity and employee
development making recommendations for improvements
• Control the HR budget and report on current and future staffing costs and initiatives
• Lead on special projects and communicate and direct on strategy and implementation
• Champion change initiatives getting buy-in from board members
• Ensure legal compliance is met in all HR activities
