A leading company that specialises in chemicals is seeking the services of a Receptionist/Sales Administrator. The ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks, requests and meet deadlines in a professional manner is required. The successful candidate will be very presentable and have a professional telephone etiquette.
- Answering of calls
- Taking messages
- Assisting with quotes and pricing
- Assist walk in customers
- Ordering of stationary as well as office supplies – milk, sugar etc
- Arranging meetings If there is a work function, the person will arrange eats, drinks and décor
- Admin, Invoicing, Stock Control – exposure/experience in warehouse stock, stock take would be advantageous
- When customers arrive, see to them with drinks etc and take them to the board room
- Purchase order – Ordering of Bags etc.
- Assisting with Credit applications
- Responsible for the repairs and maintenance for the building e.g.- if door is broken, they need to get someone out to fix, quote etc.
- Minimum of Matric
- Pastel Evolution
- Proven track record
- Exceptional telephone etiquette
