JOB PURPOSE Compile accurate quotes timeously.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS • Quoting for domestic customers and overseas agents on Imports and Exports. • Update customer contracts • Manage your KPI’s. • Update sailing schedule for ICS. • Adding new companies to, and maintain existing companies, on the company library. • Emails – assigning emails within the given timeslot, reading and replying to emails within 24 hours of receipt. • Back-up for appointed Buddy. • .
