- NAVISION-Capturing and posting invoices, payments, credits, and non-shipments
- TELNET- Costing, internal tracking of files, releasing of shipments for duties and VAT to pull onto NAVISION
- ESF-Imaging of documents for paperless storage
- EMPOWER-Tracking of shipments
- Inventory Control
- Ensuring documentation is received
- Performing final check for accuracy according to the orders criteria for the listed documentation above
- Processing of final packing list, release letter, COA and health certificates
- using company letter head
- Final analysis of BOL to ensure relevant information supplied is accurate
- Arrange certificate of Origin for export shipments
- Application for import permits
- Sending out schedules externally and internally regarding updates for shipments
- Follow up on original documentation
- Managing BSC –Uploading documentation and information required by officials for imports
- Ensuring landside charges are paid
- Arrange for release of containers from relevant shipping line
- Liaising with international clients and suppliers
