Senior Group HR Manager – Heidelberg

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Group HR Manager. Highly competitive salary offered to the successful incumbent. Duties include, but not limited to:

Broad experience in HR.

A history of experience as Head of HR.

The candidate will be actively involved in all aspects of HR/IR.

Good people skills and will work together with peers.

The ability to review the current departments processes and bring new initiatives to the table.

Ability to bring a point across and influence decision making.

Experience in CCMA cases/representing company at CCMA/disciplinary hearing

Experience in IR/working with Unions

Minimum requirements:

Minimum of 10 year experience as a Group HR Manager/HR Manager in a very senior position

Excellent negotiation skills

Tertiary in HR/IR

Responsible for +-3000 staff

+- 10 people reporting into this role

Travelling required if and when necessary to branches

Available immediately/soonest

Direct report to the CEO
